We’re not your usual wine shop. Our little tasting room has grown from a desire to make the experience of wine shopping as enjoyable and informative as a visit to an artisan winery, where you taste the wines and learn about the wine and winemaker in a pleasant, relaxed setting. Most of the time the setting is enhanced by one of our many talented Island artists.
Each week we offer tastings of five wines from our handpicked selection of over 300 artisan wines from Washington, Oregon, and around the world, each selected for its combination of quality and value, from everyday wines to 100-point collectibles. We think of an “artisan wine” as one that is carefully made, usually in small lots, and which shows the “footprint” of the soil and climate it came from and the “fingerprints” of the person who made it. Therefore no two artisan wines are quite the same and the variations are endless—with each wine a new experience!
