As a Naturalist and Professional Photographer working on Lummi Island, here are areas Sharon can cover while leading island hikes:

  • Beach walks including the natural history of the shoreline environment, including marine and plant life from salmon to whales and everything in between
  • Mountain hikes including hikes to the Baker ranch area and beyond
  • Forest hikes in the Otto preserve

My primary focus is botany and ethnobotany. I am well versed in the geology of the area and its impact on this island environment called the San Juan Archipelago.
