Our Policies
Reservation Policy
- All rates subject to 8.4% state sales tax.
- Deposit of one half of the total rental amount required within 7 days
of confirmation to secure reservation.
- Full payment plus 8.4% sales tax, security deposit and cleaning fee is
due 30 days prior to arrival
- Reservations made less than 30 (thirty) days require payment in full
- Cleaning fee of $100 to $125 depending on size of home
- There is a minimum stay of 7 (seven) nights during the peak season
unless there is a last minute availability. Minimum stays for last minute
availability is 3 (three) nights.

- Payments: Payments may be made by check, money order or credit card.
- Deposits: A security deposit of $500 is required for all rentals.
- All rates and taxes are subject to change.
- Check in time is 4:00 p.m. Check out time is 11 a.m.
- Pets are allowed in "Pet Friendly" homes only. They are charged at a
rate of $15 per day. There is an additional security deposit
of $250.
- All properties are Non Smoking.
Cancellation Policy
For a deposit refund, less a $200.00 fee, cancellation is required 30 days or
more prior to arrival date. For cancellations received within 30 days of arrival
or after arrival date, payments will be retained. If the vacation home can be
re-rented, a pro-rata refund will be issued. There are no refunds for early
departure or late arrivals.
